Come and rub elbows with Banff Centre artists in this restaurant and wine bar. Ask for sommelier and tasting menus at the wine bar while you relax in their comfortable leather seating. The signature restaurant serves gourmet menu items like pistachio Dijon crusted BC salmon, Brome Lake duck with juniper red wine reduction and housemade Alberta beef burger with port shallot confit. Entrees generally run between $19 and $37. Great views of town and the mountains!
