The Primrose is the restaurant in Rimrock Resort Hotel of Banff, Canada. The stylish, elegant dining room has great views of the Bow and Spray Valleys and Rundle Mountain. The chef’s creations include AAA certified Alberta steaks, lobster spring rolls, salmon crab cakes, seared scallops, red curry risotto, New York cut baseball steak with lobster tail, spicy bison meatballs, organic macaroni with white truffle oil and short ribs. Entrées range in price from $19 to $45. Children’s menu items cost between $8 and $9. Breakfast buffet also available for $21, a la carte meals for $12-$18, $10 for children.
