Banff Restaurants: Phil’s

This affordable restaurant has a great mountain view and is extremely family friendly. They even have coloring books, toys, baby utensils and bibs! Phil’s serves breakfast all day, but also has charbroiled chicken, fish and chips, NY steak and daily specials. Or try one of their popular beef or pork “chubbies.” Entrees cost between $10-$16. Half sizes are available, as is a “Li’l appetite menu” for $3-$7. They also have free dollar-size pancakes for kids under 8 years old. In the summer they’re open from 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m.; in winter from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
