Come and let Chef Salvatore Polizzi prepare his delicious Canadian cuisine like Brome Lake duck, Spring Creek AAA Alberta beef tenderloin, Alberta bison tenderloin or fresh seafood. He also creates a new menu item using wild game every day. The Maple Leaf Grill has over 600 wine selections, earning it an Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator. Entrees run between $25 and $48, while during lunch/brunch they run $10-$21.
